Prana 365 training plans are substantially about physical exercise. If your medical or healthcare provider tells you that physical exercise is not safe for you, you should stop following our plan(s) immediately.

You expressly acknowledge, agree, and accept that personal training and exercise can involve serious risk of bodily harm, including injury, death, or disability. By purchasing and following a Prana 365 training plan you hereby acknowledge and willingly accept these risks and agree to unconditionally release and hold harmless Prana 365 from and against all claims, suits, damages, losses, causes of action, costs, expenses or liability arising out of or related to your access or use of Prana 365 training plans.

This Waiver is entered into under the laws of Washington state. Any disputes will be settled in King County, Washington. If any portion of this Waiver is determined invalid or unenforceable by a final judgment of any court of competent jurisdiction, all other portions will remain in effect and valid.
